You are a crew member aboard a vast interstellar ship. You know something is coming: a critical failure, an impact, an infection, a paradox. Choose what it is from the start, or discover it along the way. You have proof. You have certainty. But No one believes you. You play to discover whether you avert disaster, or die knowing you were right.

Setup

• Give your character a Name, Role on the ship, and Why You Know about what is to come (e.g. vision, mathematical equation, computer whisper, prophecy, sabotage you witnessed).
• Set your Goal marker to 3. You can use a spare d8 to track this number, or write it down in each of your journal entries.
• Write the final line of your journal now, but leave it vague, starting with, “This is where it ends.”

When the ship’s story is told later, are you a bizarre footnote in history, or the reason anyone managed to survive?
